The Authority adopted its FY2017 Program on July 14, 2016, funding 12 projects for a total funding package of $466 million. The FY2017 Program will be the last based on projects evaluated in TransAction 2040.

FY2017 Program Call for Projects– At its meeting on September 24, 2015, the Authority approved issuance of the FY2017 Program Call for Projects. The due date for responses was November 30, 2015 by close of business. Applications were submitted via email to the approriate NVTA staff member. NVTA staff prepared a list of eligible candidate projects for consideration by the Authority at its meeting on December 10, 2015, with a recommendation that these projects be submitted to VDOT/DRPT for evaluation under the HB 599 process.
