NVTA CEO Monica Backmon contributed a chapter to the newly released book, “The New Future of Public Transportation,” the second edition of the Amazon best-seller, “The Future of Public Transportation,” by Paul Comfort. Paul Comfort, a renowned transit expert, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Modaxo Americas and hosts the leading public transportation podcast and YouTube show, Transit Unplugged.
In her chapter, Ms. Backmon explores the topic of “Balancing Equity and Electric Vehicles.” She is among 29 global leaders discussing future trends such as hydrogen-fueled buses, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven advancements, and cybersecurity.
