The Northern Virginia Transportation Authority is celebrating two major milestones; 20 years since the creation of the Authority and 10 years of dedicated transportation funding for regional multimodal transportation investments that reduce congestion. The Anniversary Celebration will began immediately following the scheduled Authority meeting that begins at 7 pm, EST.

The Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA) will join the Town of Herndon to celebrate the completion of Herndon Parkway and Van Buren Street intersection improvements. Transportation and Town officials will provide remarks beginning at 11 a.m. at the Northeast Corner of Van Buren Street and Herndon Parkway.
