Army Navy Drive Complete Streets (also known as Pentagon City Multimodal Connections) Virtual Design Public Hearing

Find out about plans to improve the safety and bike/pedestrian
access along the Army Navy Drive corridor between S. Joyce Street
and 12th Street S. Other improvements include new/widened raised
medians with street trees, new left turn lanes, dedicated transit lanes,
streetlighting, and enhanced pedestrian and bicycle facilities such as
protected bike lanes and protected intersection corners.

The hearing will be held as a virtual/online meeting. Information for
accessing and participating in the meeting will be posted on the
project website: projects.arlingtonva.us/projects/army-navy-drivecomplete-
street/. The County project team will make a short
presentation beginning at 12:00 p.m. and be available to answer
questions for about 45 minutes after the presentation.

Pursuant with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and
23 CFR 771, a Programmatic Categorical Exclusion (PCE) was
prepared as per agreement with the Federal Highway
Administration. In compliance with the National Historic
Preservation Act, Section 106 and 36 CFR Part 800, information
concerning the potential effects of the proposed improvements
on properties listed in or eligible for listing in the National Register
of Historic Places is also included in the PCE.
