Join us on Zoom for Advanced Air Mobility 101 with Jeff Bruenig, Senior Program Manager at MITRE. Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) is transforming how we think about transportation by introducing electric aircraft, uncrewed systems, and connected operations. These concepts align directly with NVTA’s Transportation Technology Strategic Plan Strategy #4: Enhancing Multimodal System Performance Through Connectivity and Automation. This session will explore how automation, equity, infrastructure readiness, and policies will shape near-term opportunities. Attendees will learn about AAM’s role in the broader mobility transportation networks and how this emerging mode could impact Northern Virginia sooner than you think.
