Join us on Zoom for Connecting With Riders Through Mobile Apps, featuring Paul Mounier, Microtransit Pilot Program Manager at Arlington County, and Perrin Palistrant, Director of Planning and Service Delivery at OmniRide. This session will highlight Arlington’s new microtransit service, MICRO, and OmniRide’s recently partnership with the Transit app, both of which demonstrate how mobile platforms are helping transit agencies connect with riders in more convenient and flexible ways.
Attendees will learn how these services are using real-time information and customer-focused technology to support easier access to transit and responding to evolving rider expectations.

Perrin Palistrant
OmniRide, Director of Planning and Service Delivery
Perrin is the Director of Planning and Service Delivery for OmniRide, the commuter bus and local bus service provider for Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. His responsibilities include overseeing the planning and scheduling of bus routes, as well as microtransit zones and the paratransit service area. He is also responsible for submitting and managing various Commuter Choice and state funded grants for several routes that receive this funding. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, with a Bachelors in Economics and has been in the transit industry for over 30 years.

Paul Mounier is a Planner, Associate with Arlington County’s Department of Environmental Services. A skilled transit specialist, Paul brings 20 years of industry experience across service planning, daily operations, bus stop management, and customer service. He currently serves as the Service Planner for the ART fixed-route system and Program Manager for Micro, Arlington's microtransit pilot. Prior to his work in Arlington, Paul shaped regional transit at Fairfax Connector and Loudoun County Transit. He holds a bachelor’s degree in geography from Radford University and a master’s in Transportation Policy, Operations, and Logistics from George Mason University.
