Fairfax County Parkway Widening (Fairfax County) – Public Information Meeting

The Virginia Department of Transportation will be hosting its fourth Public Information Meeting to update the public and collect feedback on the Fairfax County Parkway Widening and the Popes Head Road Interchange Project. This project will widen the Parkway from 4 to 6 lanes from Ox Road to Route 29, build an interchange at Popes Head Road and the future Shirley Gate Extension, reconfigure intersections along the project limits, and construct a missing segment of the shared use path from Burke Centre Parkway to Route 123.
The meeting will be held on November 6th in the cafeteria at Robinson Secondary School, 5035 Sideburn Road, Fairfax 22032 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. with a presentation beginning at 7:00 p.m.
