Potomac Yard Design Advisory Committee Meeting

The Potomac Yard Design Advisory Committee (PYDAC) will meet on Wednesday, March 11 from 7 – 9 p.m. at City Hall, 301 King Street, in the OPA Conference Room (Room 3008). The applicants of the North Potomac Yard Phase 1 development will present an overview of the mass, height, scale and architectural character of the southern group of buildings of Phase 1 development.
The purpose of the Potomac Yard Design Advisory Committee is to review applications for preliminary development plan special use permit approval within Potomac Yard/Greens and North Potomac Yard for compliance with respective urban design guidelines or standards and make recommendations on such applications to the Planning Commission and City Council through the Director of Planning and Zoning.
