Innovation Center Metrorail Station Ribbon-Cutting Celebration

Fairfax County is hosting two events at the Innovation Center Station, celebrating the opening of Metrorail’s Silver Line Extension, following the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Opening Ceremony at Dulles Airport. The ribbon cutting ceremony on November 15 will celebrate the opening of new transit facilities, including the Innovation Center Garage, the Herndon Garage, and facilities at Reston Town Center. Bring the family to the celebration on November 19 to learn more about travel connections, new Fairfax Connector service in Herndon and Reston, enjoy food trucks, music, games and more.
