Sustainable funding for transportation projects is a key element of keepingVirginia moving forward. Jason Stanford and Monica Backmon will join together
to present our members the impact of decisions made in the 2020 General
Assembly and how a decrease in tax revenues caused by COVID-19 will affect our
industry in the short and longer term. Each of these items can be defined as a
moving target, however when viewed over the longer term view of the Authority’s
six year plan, these two experts will share their knowledge and view of the future
for transportation funding.
